Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to grow our credit union’s digital brand. The ideal candidate will demonstrate superior digital marketing skills with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the SVP Corporate Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute all digital marketing campaigns with an overall goal of enhancing company brand and generating leads from credit unions
  • Track, optimize and report progress of campaigns using Google Analytics, Zoho CRM system, and email distribution solutions
  • Optimize social media presence through high-quality content and strategic posting schedule management; evaluate analytics and report results to senior management team with strategies to enhance message
  • Manage processes for high email deliverability, reputation, personalization and overall performance
  • Refine landing web page templates to enhance Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and analytics
  • Review and analyze website content and analytics to identify areas of opportunity and to make changes to increase performance
  • Provide SEO insight for organic search traffic, keyword research, reporting, conversion goals, on-page site optimization, social media, local search, image and digital asset optimization, and mobile search
  • Monitor digital marketing campaigns and make recommendations on goals to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive revenue

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or related field
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably with B2B service providers in the finance industry
  • Solid graphic design skills and proficient with Adobe programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in paid search, ad retargeting, email marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) with ability to follow and report on a strategic execution plan
  • Working knowledge in analytics and engagement metrics with ability to effectively communicate findings to audiences with varying degree of knowledge within the digital space
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Web maintenance using Content Management System (CMS); familiarity with HTML is a plus.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Google Adwords interfaces
  • Experience working with Marketing Automation
