Ryan McMillan, Director of Technology Solutions for Emergifi and Senior Systems Engineer for Corporate Central, shares a few rules that any digital identity solution should follow. When looking to improve your credit union’s operations and/or services, consider these three key areas of investment a top priority.

Laurie Dellevar always sees the big picture, keeps digging, and never gives up! At our office, Laurie is the one person that can find a needle in a haystack. That’s why she’s a perfect fit for her role as Compliance Analyst. Laurie celebrated 12 years with Corporate Central this month. Congratulations, Laurie!!

Getting to know...Corporate Central's Laurie Dellevar

  1. What's the craziest fashion trend you ever rocked? I had a pair of pants with a wild paisley design. I can't believe it came back into style again!
  2. What was the first concert you ever went to? Gordon Lightfoot.
  3. What was your first job? What did you like/dislike about it? I worked at an amusement park and absolutely loved it!
  4. What was your first record, tape, or CD that you ever owned? Meet the Beatles. I still know all the words.
  5. What do you like about working at Corporate Central? We have great people who truly care about helping credit unions, their employees, and their members.

Energy, passion, and enthusiasm captured our attention as we welcomed Brittany Jordan to our Marketing Department. Brittany was hired in March 2018 and is already working on ideas and concepts not only for Corporate Central, but for our Family of CUSOs: InterLutions, Emergifi, and QuantyPhi. When Brittany isn't doing what she loves to do, she listens to EDM. (Don't worry, we had to Google it too!)

Getting to know...Corporate Central's Brittany Jordan

  1. What's the worst haircut you've ever had? When I was in my toddler years, I was found cutting my bangs under the kitchen table. Needless to say, it was a quite unflattering fix.
  2. What's the strangest family tradition in your family? After Thanksgiving dinner is done we all watch National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (and quote it by heart).
  3. What was your favorite Halloween costume you wore as a child? My childhood best friend and I dressed up as the red and blue M&Ms that you see in commercials.
  4. What's something about you that most people would be surprised to know? I enjoy crafting, beading, and digitally texturing 3D models.
  5. What do you like about working at Corporate Central? I love the culture here! It says a lot about your company when people stick around for 10, 20, 30+ years.

A Note from Chris

When asked how Corporate Central can help our members compete, grow, and be wildly successful, you have responded with several innovative ideas and recommendations. Some of the common requests we hear relate to education and engagement. We took your ideas to heart, and I’m excited to share a few of the past and upcoming education events hosted by Corporate Central and our Family of CUSOs.

In January, our technology experts from Emergifi presented Disaster Recovery Best Practices at the WI League’s Security Summit. In April, our consultants from QuantyPhi hosted a two-day Strategic ALM Conference focused on solutions to build strong, flexible, and resilient balance sheets. And on May 2, InterLutions will be hosting an HR Forum, offering attendees an opportunity to network with credit union HR professionals and learn about the latest trends and topics in the world of benefits – including wellness programs, data analytics usage, and claims cost-control strategies.

We also look forward to seeing many of you at our Annual Meeting on May 10, our Economic Outlook conference on October 11, and several educational events in between. Thank you for your ideas and recommendations – please keep ‘em coming!

Thank you,

Chris Signature
